The content you publish online is just as important as print content. We provide editorial reviews consisting of proofreading and editing your existing web content to ensure grammatical and spelling accuracy, proper flow, style, structure and tone, consistency and overall cohesion. We offer this service in conjunction with print editing services to ensure consistency throughout both formats. We also offer this as a standalone service.

Priced per project: Due to the dynamic nature of online content, our web content review service is priced per project. Fill out our Getting Started Form and include a URL to your site with details about which webpages you'd like edited, and we will provide a timely quote.
Editing Consultation:
We offer personal phone conferences with the Polisher assigned to your project to review your paper. During this call, we discuss all your editing needs prior to services being rendered and we provide a one-page summary of items discussed for your confirmation and approval prior to beginning proofing and editing services. The discussion is based on your concerns and the editor does not read your work prior to this call.
Hourly Rate: $75 with payment made in advance. Minimum consultation is 30 minutes.
Power Point Editing:
Proofing, editing and a professional review of your PPT presentation. Receive an editorial and design summary of our feedback regarding your PPT. Ensures professional and cohesive presentation with a smooth flow. Note: Edits are not tracked on pages; but rather provided in comment boxes within the presentation.
Rate: $5 per slide
Large-Scale/Ongoing Editorial Projects:
Many projects require ongoing editorial support and we're here to help. We handle large-scale, ongoing projects that require repeated editorial reviews throughout multiple phases. We will assign a Polisher to your project who will work with you from start to finish, providing you personalized attention and ongoing editorial guidance and support.
Priced per project: Due to the many variables of large-scale projects, we handle each request individually and price accordingly. Fill out our Getting Started Form and we will provide you a timely quote.
Press Release Writing:
Our Polishing Team includes professional print journalists who are on the receiving end of press releases and know what elements make an attention-grabbing press release, and what aspects land others in the trash. Our Team also includes
experienced marketing leaders who understand the powerful effect positive media coverage can have on their business and sales. This blend of expertise allows us to offer clients original press release writing services to help you pitch the media and get positive coverage, ensuring your message is communicated with clarity and precision. This service is offered in conjunction with other proofreading and editing services, or as a standalone service (requires clients to provide materials to frame and inform the press release).
Price: $150 per release (includes one revision)

Our Polishers will help you fine-tune an existing press release, making sure the headline and body capture media and consumer attention. We will proofread your release for spelling and grammatical errors and ensure your release has the proper journalistic tone and elements for a strong pitch that will grab the media's attention.
Price: $50 per release
English Service for Non-Native Speakers:
At The Polished Paper, we have a personal soft spot for non-native English speakers (our Founder and CCO is married to a native Spanish speaker). We know non-native English speakers are up against tougher critics and face greater barriers when it comes to academic and business success. Our English Service for Non-Native Speakers offers specialized attention to your document to ensure you communicate clearly, select the best word choices, use the right expressions, avoid unintended meanings, eliminate language errors including improper verb tense, and that your message includes correct grammar and spelling. You deserve to be judged on the merit of your work, not on your command of the English language. The latter is where we can help.
